About QRZ Subscriptions

Why Subscribe to QRZ?

QRZ is a commercial grade website that provides round-the-clock services 7 days a week, 24 hours per day. The QRZ servers are housed in a carrier class data center with 100% redundant power and networking capabilities. If you guessed that these things don't come cheap, you're right. QRZ raises its operating funds through advertising, product sales, and most importantly from our paid subscribers.

As a paid subscriber to QRZ, you will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Speed - When you become a subscriber, nearly all of the ad images disappear. This includes the database, the discussion forums, virtually everywhere on QRZ except for the front page. You simply won't believe the difference in speed when browsing from page to page on the website.

  • Features - Subscriber-only features such as the QRZ Online database, a super-fast callsign lookup page with random search featurs, are at your disposal, along with all the regular QRZ pages. More info about QRZ Online can be found here.

  • Access - QRZ subscribers also enjoy custom access to our database through popular logging programs such as Amateur Contact Log, Win-EQF,LOGic7, and ProLog2K, just to name a few.

  • Cutting Edge - QRZ subscribers get first access to the newest QRZ website features as they become available.
How much does it cost?
  • A full subscription to QRZ including all the features mentioned above is just $39.95 per year. Monthly rates are also available.
  • A Data Only (XML) subscription is also available for $29.95 for those who wish only to interface their callsign logging software directly to QRZ's servers.
  • We also offer Ad Free QRZ, a subscription that will get rid of all commercial advertising from the QRZ content pages for just $19.95 per year. (Does not include ads on the QRZ Home Page)
